Target participants: Oilseed Brassica scientists from across the country, entrepreneurs in rapeseed-business, policy makers, students and farmers will be participating in the conference. The conference will also provide opportunities for the agri-input sector including seed companies, manufacturers of fertilizers, agro-chemicals, pharmaceuticals, farm, laboratory and dairy feed industries, insurance companies and agriculture related service providers to showcase their products and interact with their potential customers for both generating business and promoting innovation.
Submission of Abstracts: The participants may submit conceptual, review, research and case study based concise abstracts of about 400 words related to the objective of NBC through online submission system available at www.srmr.org.in/nbc/ before the due date. It is needless to mention that the abstracts should be relevant to the themes of seminar. Not more than two abstracts/papers from each participant will be entertained. The text should be typed in single space and Times New Roman Font of size 12. Kindly do mention on the top of abstract, name of theme and sub-theme to which the abstract and or paper relates to, followed by Title, Authors’ Name and Affiliation. In the end, details like; Name of the corresponding author, designation, complete address, Phone, Fax and Email may kindly be provided. Theme based papers will be screened for publication in special issue of society's Journal 'Journal of Oilseed Brassica'. The authors will be informed for submission of full length papers which will be presented in the respective sessions also.
Poster or oral presentation: Please indicate the preference for an oral or poster presentation. Selection of oral presentations will be made by the program committee based on significance and quality of the research and representation of scientific themes and topics. We expect to inform authors of abstracts selected for oral presentation by January 15, 2024.
Oral presentation: There is a 10 minutes time limit for each presentation, including questions and answers. Poster preparation: The maximum poster size is 32 x 48 inches (80 cm x 120 cm) (width x height). Accessories for mounting of posters will be provided. Author(s) should be present during the designated poster session(s).
